Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the My Nintendo Store at (“Store”) operated by Nintendo Australia Pty Limited (“Nintendo”, “we”).


The current price for products will be the price shown in the Store at the time of purchase, which may vary by country. Some products may be available for pre-purchase. The terms and conditions applicable to any special purchase offer will be provided by Nintendo together with such offer.
Pricing and availability may change without notice.

Although we attempt to provide accurate information, there may be times when information, such as pricing, is incorrect or out of date. We may attempt to contact you to remedy the error or to cancel your order if your payment card or method has not been charged yet.

Ordering and Payment

We may make various payment processing methods available to you for your purchases. You must abide by any relevant terms and conditions, or other legal agreement, whether with Nintendo or a third-party provider, that applies to your use of your selected payment processing method.
Nintendo may add, remove, or change payment processing methods without notice.

You represent that you are authorised to use the form of payment that you provide to Nintendo and that any payment information that you provide is true and accurate. Subject to applicable law and the terms and conditions that apply to your form of payment, you are responsible for any unauthorised, fraudulent, or erroneous transactions arising in connection with your use of the Store.

Please note that your card issuer might treat payments made in the Store as international transactions and impose additional fees. For details, please contact your card issuer.

When you place an order, you authorise Nintendo to charge the credit card, debit card, or other payment method you have chosen in the total amount of your order, including applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). All prices are inclusive of GST.

Nintendo may change the date that a product becomes available without notice. Nintendo reserves the right to reject your order for any reason.

In the event that the Store has any product classified MA15+ or R18+ (applicable to Australia) or classified R13, R15, R16 or R18 (applicable to New Zealand), by ordering the product from the Store you represent and warrant that you are the age specified in the applicable classification or older at the time of placing the order. Please be advised that these classifications are legally restricted.


Orders from the Store can be delivered to Australian and New Zealand addresses only. Orders cannot be finalised if the delivery country is not the same as the country registered to your Nintendo Account.

Unless otherwise stated, your orders will be dispatched from Australia.

Processing times will vary. The standard estimated timing for most orders to be dispatched from our warehouse is 5 business days from the date of purchase.

We may offer free shipping on orders that meet certain conditions. You may be eligible for free shipping if the below requirements are met:

Free shipping may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

The delivery method may differ depending on the order. If no one is present at the provided address at the time of attempted delivery, you will be required to collect the parcel from a post office (Australia Post deliveries) or depot (special courier deliveries). If there is an option for unattended delivery and you select or agree to this option, we are no longer responsible for the parcel from the time it is delivered to the address.

Orders may be redirected back to the My Nintendo Store if you do not collect a redirected parcel from the post office or depot within the specified timeframe, or if the address details provided were not sufficient for successful delivery. In such cases if we offer an option to attempt delivery again a shipping fee will be quoted to you at the time.

Store Pick-up (directly from Nintendo)

If you select the Store Pick-up option during checkout, you will receive an email when items in your order are ready and you will be required to pick it up within 31 days.

Orders can be collected from Nintendo’s Parts and Repairs Store between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday excluding Victorian public holidays and weekends. You will need to present a copy of the email notification and photo ID.

Items not collected within 31 days will be cancelled and item(s) cannot be re-ordered if out of stock. Platinum Points will not be returned to you if redeemed for a My Nintendo Reward item that is not picked up within 31 days.

Product Returns, Warranty, and Repair

Please make your selections carefully as we are not required to accept returns due to change of mind.

Products ordered from the Store automatically come with non-excludable Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law in Australia or the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We are under no obligation to provide a manufacturer’s warranty but we may voluntarily include a manufacturer’s warranty with some products. Any manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, your Consumer Guarantees.

Your use of the Store is also subject to the Nintendo Account Agreement, the Nintendo Account Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service of the My Nintendo Rewards Program.
